Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship using the following carriers: InPost, DPD, DHL, and Poczta Polska. The available shipping method will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders below €100, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Worldwide Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
